إدانة وطنية و دولية واسعة لعودة الممارسات القمعية في تونس

أصدرت اكثر من 350 شخصية دولية من مبدعين ومفكرين وحقوقيين ونقابيين من 19 دولة ، نداء عالميا للتضامن مع الحراك الاجتماعي في تونس و أدان هذا النداء ثلاثي القارات تعرّض مئات من الشباب التونسي في الاحياء الشعبية الفقيرة الى حملات اعتقال عشوائية وايقافات بالجملة ، وكان يطالب هؤلاء، الذين يعانون  تفقيرا متزايدا وبطالة متفاقمة ، بذات مطالب “ثورة الكرامة” قبل عشر سنوات، وهي الحق في الشغل والحرية والعدالة والمساواة . و عبرت هذه الشخصيات والمنظمات والجمعيات والنقابات من جميع انحاء العالم عن استيائها العميق لهذه التجاوزات وتضامنها المطلق  مع هؤلاء الشبان ، داعية بإلحاح الحكومة التونسية الى التمسّك بمبادئ دستور 2014 ، الذي يُلزم الدولة التونسية باحترام كرامة مواطنيها ، مدينة استخدام سوء المعاملة ووسائل التعذيب والاجراءات القضائية المتسرعة

و اعتبر الممضون على البيان ان مواصلة الحكومات المتعاقبة في انتهاج نفس الخيارات الاقتصادية والاجتماعية للنظام السابق قد ساهم في مزيد افقار التونسيات و التونسيين ، وخاصة الفئات الهشة منهم ، وأرغم الاف الشباب والكهول على امتهان اعمال صغيرة وهشة ، مما فاقم قنوات الاقتصاد الموازي  و غذّى التطرف الديني، معتبرة هذه الاوضاع المزرية لا تؤدي الا لمزيد مواجهة المفقرين مع السلطة ، التي لم تتردد ، اليوم و بعد عشر سنوات من الثورة ، في الرد على معاناتهم ومطالبهم المشروعة بالقمع

و أعربت الاطراف الممضية عن اقتناعها بان هذه الحركة الشبابية التونسية تؤشر الى امرين ، الاول هو  المأزق الاقتصادي والاجتماعي الذي يواجهه التونسيون بسبب الاخفاقات الحكومية وايضا لامبالاة الاتحاد الاوروبي وحكوماته الذين تمسكوا باسترجاع الديون الثقيلة ، مما زاد في انهاك اوضاع  البلاد .لذا ، اعتبرت ان الوقت قد حان لإلغاء هذه المديونية واتاحة الفرصة لهؤلاء الشباب كي يعيشوا ويعملوا في بلدهم

وطالبت الشخصيات و المنظمات الموقعة الحكومة التونسية باطلاق سراح كل الاشخاص الذين أوقفوا دون وجه حق وان تتخذ تدابيرا واجراءات تستجيب لتطلعات الشعب التونسي واهداف ثورته

و ختم البيان بمناشدة المتعلقين بمبادئ الديمقراطية والحرية والعدالة في اوروبا والعالم ان يمارسوا كل الضغوطات الممكنة على السلطات التونسية حتى لا تتحوّل ثورة 2011 الى كابوس ، حيث تجابه طموحات الشعب التونسي المشروعة بممارسات قمعية تستعيد زمن الديكتاتورية

و يتزامن هذا البيان مع ارتفاع الاصوات الحقوقية من داخل تونس لتدين عودة الممارسات القمعية لجهاز الشرطة الذي تحولت عدد من نقاباته الى مجموعات مسلحة خارجة عن القانون، تكفر التونسيين و تشوههم و تستغل تجهيزات الدولة لقمعهم كما حدث الاسبوع الماضي بولاية صفاقس. و كانت الرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الانسان قد أصدرت بيانا يوم 8 فيفري 2021 اكدت فيه نُزُوع المنظومة الحاكمة إلى العنف البوليسي للتغطية على فشلها في تقديم بدائل تستجيب للحد الأدنى الذي يتطلبه الواقع المعيشي المتردي للشعب التونسي و اعتبر بيان الرابطة حملة الإعتقالات العشوائية، وإنتهاك الحرمات والإعتداء على الحريات الأساسية، من حرية التعبير والتنقل والإحتجاج المكفولة دستوريا والمضمنة في المواثيق والمعاهدات الدولية ،الوجه الحقيقي الخفي للمنظومة، التي لم تكن لتنتعش لو لا التشجيع ولو بالصمت من طرف وزير الداخلية بالنيابة ورئيس الحكومة. معتبرة بيان وزارة الداخلية يوم الجمعية 05 فيفري 2021 دليلا على ذلك

واعتبرت الرابطة عسكرة شارع الحبيب بورقيبة يوم السبت 06 فيفري 2021 وغلق المنافذ المؤدية له ومنع المواطنين من مواكبة إحياء ذكرى وفاة الشهيد “شكري بالعيد”، ثم الإعتداء على المحامين “ياسين عزازة” و”رحال جلالي” ومنع “عبد الناصر العويني” من الإلتحاق بهما يتحمل مسؤوليته وزير الداخلية بالنيابة ورئيس الحكومة الذي تقاعس في ردع بعض المنتمين إلى النقابات الأمنية التي تمردت على القانون وعلى الدولة ونصبت نفسها ناطقة بإسم وزارة الداخلية في إستهداف مفضوح لأطراف مدنية وسياسية بعينها مركزيا وجهويا

وختمت الرابطة التونسية للدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان بيانها بادانة هذا العمل الذي اعتبرته إجراميا و الذي طال إثنين من محاميها، مجددة رفضها أشكال التضييق على الحريات داعية رئيس الحكومة إلى الإلتزام بتطبيق القانون و رئيس الجمهورية بصفته الضامن لتطبيق الدستور إلى تحمل مسؤولياته كاملة تجاه ما يحدث
